Terra Verde Garden Design has developed over years of gardening both informally and professionally. Originally from the Philadelphia/NJ area, our garden design focused on small space urban dwellings and habitat gardening for education. Moving on to Nantucket Island for years of work brought inspiration from classic English style along with fresh coastal design. A move back to the Philly/NJ area expanded a growing appreciation for native plants, habitat restoration and coastal design. A transition back New England brings a gardening life full circle: gardens that mimic the immense natural beauty of coastal New England terrain. Terra Verde designs bridge the exsiting natural landscape to our everyday outdoor living, drawing on a fresh and elegant appreciation for where we live and why we live there.
